1.When the operation requires temporary shutdown, the mold should be closed to prevent the cavity and core from being exposed to prevent accidental damage. The downtime is expected to exceed 24 hours. Spray the rust preventive oil on the surface of the cavity and core. Or release agent, especially in wet areas and rainy seasons, no matter how short the time to do rust prevention treatment. Water vapor in the air will reduce the surface quality of the mold cavity and the surface quality of the product. When the mold is used again, the oil on the mold should be removed and wiped before use. After cleaning and compressed air required by the mirror surface is blown and dried with hot air, otherwise it will leak out during molding and cause defects in the product. 2. Turn on the machine after a temporary shutdown. After opening the mold, check whether the slider limit is moved. If no abnormality is found, the mold can be closed. In short, you must be cautious before starting, not careless.

3. In order to extend the service life of the cooling water channel, when the mold is stopped, the water in the cooling water channel should be immediately removed with compressed air, a small amount of oil should be put into the mouth of the nozzle, and then blown with compressed air to make all the cooling pipes have a layer. Anti-rust oil layer.

4. Carefully check the working status of each control component during work to prevent abnormalities in the auxiliary system. Heating and maintenance of the control system are particularly important for hot runner molds. At the end of each production cycle, rod heaters, belt heaters, and thermocouples should be measured with European mothers and compared with the technical specifications of the mold to ensure that their functions are complete. At the same time, the control loop may pass an ammeter test installed in the loop. Drain the oil in the hydraulic cylinder for core pulling as much as possible and seal the oil nipple to prevent the hydraulic oil from leaking or polluting the surrounding environment during storage and transportation. 5. During production, if you hear abnormal noises or other abnormal conditions from the mold, you should immediately stop the machine for inspection. The mold maintenance personnel shall carry out patrol inspection on the molds that are operating normally in the workshop. When abnormalities are found, they shall be handled in time.

6. When the operator is handing over the shift, in addition to handing over the production, the process is critical, and the mold use status must be explained in detail.

7. When the mold has completed the production quantity of the mold, and it is necessary to go down to replace other molds, the mold cavity should be coated with rust inhibitor, and the accessories of the mold should be sent to the mold maintenance staff, and the last qualified product is attached as a sample. Send it to the maintenance staff together. In addition, a mold use list should be submitted, detailing on which machine the mold is on, how many products were produced from a certain month and day, and whether the mold is good now. If the mold has a problem, it is necessary to fill in the mold with any problems on the use list, propose specific requirements for modification and improvement, and submit an unprocessed sample to the clerk for reference by the mold worker when repairing the mold.

8. After the machine is stopped, it is necessary to check whether there is residual rubber wire, foreign matter, etc. on the surface of the mold. After cleaning it, spray the rust inhibitor evenly and fill in the relevant records accurately. The molding plastic needs to be retained on the mold half after the mold is opened. Of course, under the premise of the ejection mechanism, the mold mold half molds are generally movable molds. Only the mold mold mold molds that appear in very special cases are available On the fixed mold.
